Chateau Bistro is the creation of chef/owner Elle Moisdon. Born in Paris, France, Elle's early days were influenced by the flavor of French foods. That early inspiration led Elle to begin cooking at the age of nine and later to study with great chefs and wineries throughout the U.S. Elle is now a certified wine sommelier and offers wine classes at the Chateau.

Elle quickly credits her faith for Chateau Bistro's beginning and fast success. "I really believe it is from God and He is the one blessing my hands to do the work."

Reservations are recommended at Chateau Bistro due to the intimate size of the restaurant. Parties of six or more require reservations in order to better service the group and pre-ordering is a good idea if you are taking a lunch break from work.
